- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Base cake prices are determined by the number of slices requested. Therefore, I will provide you with a price range. Additional costs may be added depending on the decorations requested, delivery costs, and etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Communication is key to creating the baked treat that you are after, therefore, expect a lot of questions. My job is to make your baked good come to life. Typically, we will discuss the initial design. This will include any reference images that you feel I should see and any items that you would like to include in your design. We will also discuss flavors/flavor combinations and what types of buttercream or fondant you would like to include.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 15+ years of baking experience. I started as a young man growing up in coastal Georgia and have honed my skills over all of these years to create baked goods of all types.
