- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to give an overall anticipated cost.....and stick to it, but if you continuously adjust the design, the cost increases according to the time spent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with you to hear your goals and see the project and if it's a new project, we can take a look at where it will be and discuss from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Architecture Degree.
