I have trained with Laura in many different capacities from personal training to small boot camps and larger group fitness classes. Each class was impactful and she always makes working out enjoyable! My favorite thing about her classes is that they are approachable. She provides modifications while pushing you to your limits! I have always felt confident in her classes, even when I know I'm outside of my comfort zone doing something that is new to me. Laura's energy is contagious in the best way and she makes you want to be the best version of yourself!

I love training with Laura! Her customized workouts are challenging and always push me to level-up. Even the moves that appear easy and never actually easy, haha! She’s also great at modifying the workout to accommodate injuries, which I think is super important. She’s also funny, relatable, and easy to talk to. Thanks Laura!

I have had many trainers and Laura is truly the best. I am in my late 40's and she is helping me understand the value of strength training. She spends time discussing your goals and then you can tell she prepares for every session with interesting and helpful workouts. she is not afraid to push you when needed but in a thoughtful and encouraging way. I love that she was a former college athlete and really enjoys her job. I highly recommend her!

This has been my first time exercising in 8 months, so I was nervous at first and intimidated, but that changed within seconds of meeting Laura. I have had trainers in the past, but I have never remained consistent with a trainer before, I actually found myself asking to meet with Laura even more frequently. She is respectful, makes me feel heard and meets me where I am but will push me to where I want to be. I am so happy with my services from Laura, in-person, virtual, seas and time zones apart, Laura is there to serve me, work around what is most convenient for me, and I could not appreciate it more. Moreover, my comfort level with Laura, despite only seeing here for a month now (mostly virtual) says a lot for me. She makes me excited to meet her on the mat each time, even on my lazier days, compared to my usual habits with other trainers of just backing away and taking the day off. Laura understands my body and wants the best for me- she showed me a side of myself I was too insecure to explore. I love myself more now that I have explored this fitness side of myself that I never have before.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing is pretty self explanatory. I try to offer affordable packages, where the more you purchase, the cheaper each session is.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First things first we'll hop on a quick phone call to discuss any injuries, health concerns, exercise history, goals and more. Your first in person or virtual session will primarily be a movement assessment. I will watch how you move and begin programming to your specific needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I hold the following relevant certifications: ACE Certified Personal Trainer AFAA Group Fitness Instructor Mad Dogg Spin Instructor Fit for Birth Pre and Post Natal Exercise Specialist
