- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't charge the bride extra for being the bride, so everyone's prices are the same as what is listed in our web site. There are some exceptions to every rule, so asking about something you feel doesn't fit the standard is encouraged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give extensive consultations and ask a lot of questions in order to make sure we understand exactly what the client wants before we begin. We also make a diagram and notes of what was done in the trial runs, so that if anything needs to be changed, we are not relying on memory to reproduce the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our associates keep up with current trends by taking classes and beauty shows and networking with other professionals in our industry.
