- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing depends on the menu and the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A discussion of the menu and the venue, customization of both. Once menu is completed the customer is issued a contract and a 40% deposit is required to hold the date. Cancellations made between 8 to 14 days of the scheduled event will be charged 75% of the estimated cost, catering services, and other arrangements that have been made at that time. Cancellations made within (7) days of the scheduled event will be charged in full. Please note, cancellation fees cannot be applied to future events.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am always testing new recipes and keep abreast of the latest trends in culinary; cooking classes in Tuscany
