Pulling off a summer gathering for a large crowd takes planning. Pleasing Plate provided a menu with options and was also able to cater to the dietary restrictions of guests. Everyone enjoyed the food and asked for the name of the caterer.The only thing I would change is the amount of food(less) and I'd add more salads. Summer calls for lighter eating. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing depends on the menu and the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A discussion of the menu and the venue, customization of both. Once menu is completed the customer is issued a contract and a 40% deposit is required to hold the date. Cancellations made between 8 to 14 days of the scheduled event will be charged 75% of the estimated cost, catering services, and other arrangements that have been made at that time. Cancellations made within (7) days of the scheduled event will be charged in full. Please note, cancellation fees cannot be applied to future events.
