I hired Marcel to paint my son's new condo as a home warming gift for him. Marcel met with my son and I and discussed what we wanted done - basically the entire condo and trim as well as the ceilings. He was very friendly, patient and offered suggestions. Marcel gave a thorough look through the entire place let us know how long it would take and how much. Very reasonably priced and I can't say enough about his work. Meticulous work, cleaned everything up behind him, the lines between the ceiling and walls were perfect and he completed all the work within his estimate of time. Awesome job and my son is really happy with it. Marcel will be the first one I call when I'm ready for more painting in my own home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I come out to you and go over what your your needs are and discuss your work / options / cost. We usually bid by job! Also hire a painter for a day*. 8 hours of work time, You may have them do bigger jobs were you would pay by the day. larger jobs should be Bid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Looking at information sent, estimate a price as close as possible, set up estimate date and time to go over job and provide a free written proposal for all work ask for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked as a part time painter in the 80's through high school and like it so much in 1991 i started my business and has been my full time work for 26 years and still going.
