- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I'm not complicated I've been doing this for so long that I can price things fairly and easily. Some things are tough like old knob and tube wiring in walls because of way that ran that stuff.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I try to access their needs and give a fair price walking them through exactly what needs to be done
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I let an electrical license lapse in another state so I'm taking a code refresher course in Massachusetts and taking test soon. I've taken 2 other courses. A 6 months HVAC course and a course on small engine repairs. I also have my 10 hr OSHA (occupational safety and Hazard Association certificate)
