I have been working with Hector twice a week for the past six months. He is professional and knowledgeable in the field of personal training. He arrives to each session with a plan in hand as well as all the equipment we need for a great workout. He is always changing the workout so I don't get bored. I have worked with weights, resistance bands, medicine and kettle balls as well as boxing gloves. He is supportive but not intimidating and helped me set realistic goals. I can't recommend him highly enough.
I've been training with Tristan for about a year now and if it wasn't for him I would have never been able to reach the level of fitness I'm currently at. With the personal attention given during my training sessions I have been able to reach goals I never knew were possible. Tristan makes each workout challenging and rewarding at the same time. He always keeps a positive attitude/outlook and will always believe in your even when you don't believe in yourself (my biggest downfall when it comes to training) I would recommend T to anyone in a heartbeat. Pete Samburg and his team have one of the best fitness models out there! Their personalized approach delivered in a private setting is my 'non-gym' nirvana! Great trainer! I've learned alot by training with him, I got an amazing result in a small period of training. I experienced everything from weight lifting, strength training, cardio, boxing, correct form as I came in to train completely clue less. I highly recommend him to my friends and family!!! Very satified with his training! :)

Chris is an exceptional trainer. I have worked with him for a year and in that time I lost 50 pounds and added lean muscle to get to the strongest I have ever been. Chris was able to tailor my workout to reach my fitness goals and improve my golf game by targeting specific areas to enhance strength and rotational power. Chris is extremely knowledgeable trainer from his years of experience. He does not use a "cookie cutter" method of training and was very dedicated to meeting my personal goals as they evolved over the course of my training. I was drawn to Chris for his extensive boxing background and interest in learning about the sport. He checks in frequently outside of our sessions and has been committed to my success by understanding that goals are met through continuous motivation and tracking progress. I met Lauren a little over a year ago at Planet Fitness where she was working as a personal trainer. She approached me to see if I'd be interested in having her show me around some of the other equipment there that I really wasn't using. She was full of insightful information on how to create your best workouts for maximum gains. She was always there to offer advice and point you in the right direction with your workouts. Lauren has been training me in the gym twice a week for over a year now. It was one of the best decisions. She always has a great attitude no matter what is going on in her life. Always there encouraging people to bring out there best. If anyone was interested in looking for a personal trainer, I would 100% recommend Lauren. I'm glad I've gotten to know her and consider her a good friend.
My favorite place in the whole world! I started going to Rugged to train for Obstacle Races and for stress release through boxing class and found a "home away from home." There is a great sense of camaraderie during group sessions, and the one-on-one coaching is AMAZING. Brian and his trainers make you feel like, "part of the family," as they run you through a class... You WILL work hard, and you WILL see results!

I have been working with Bryan over the past year which has been a really good experience. I always have been into sports and consider myself athletic but have not ever been serious about training. While working with Bryan I found I had much more drive and interest in training while making myself a better athlete. For the first time in my life I actually enjoy my workouts and am seeing great results. Bryan is extremely knowledgeable and all his techniques seem to relate to real life movements and situations which I was able to relate too.
