Josh has installed a water heater, plumbed in a shower, and replaced my old expansion tank when it failed. All three times he was there when he said he would be and did a great job. I've recommended him to family and neighbors and they have all been pleased with the services he provided.

We've used Mark for all of our plumbing and remodeling needs since before I can remember. His work is top notch, his prices are fair, and every job he does he works as if it is his own home. I highly recommend Mark to all my friends and family. Mark is the only one I trust in my home and I have even left a key for him to access my home when I am not there. He has never told me I needed something fixed that didn't need it, like some horror stories you hear. In fact, I thought I needed a new water heater (EXPENSIVE) but he assured me it was just a few new parts that were needed. We recently had Landry Mechanical install a new boiler. We had someone come in to do some small adjustments to the one we had and ended up cracking it. It was after 6 when it happened so had our oil company come out and quoted us almost $7000. I found thumbtack online hoping for a little better price but still someone who could do it quick as we had no heat or hot water. Ray replied to me that night and rearranged his schedule the next day to see us first thing in the morning. He was $2000 cheaper and had it up and running the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. We are in the process of having him do another project for us already. We will definitely be recommending him to our friends!!

Ed did a project to move plumbing in my basement in order to have the washer and dryer next to each other instead of on opposite sides of the basement. He installed a new sink next to the washer and built a platform to raise the machines off the floor. He also did several other smaller tasks around the house that I could either not get around to or did not have the expertise for. It was great working with him because he has the capabilities to do all types of construction work and does not need to subcontract. He is flexible, reasonably priced, knowledgeable and a really nice guy!

I had the opportunity to hire Pouliot Plumbing to hook up the gas line for a portable generator. They pulled the permit, did the work, and it passed inspection with no problems at all. Very neat and professional.The best part was that he charged about half of what another plumber quoted me. I would highly recommend the company

I recently ran into a problem when a contractor did not show. I called Cuevas Handyman Services and Carlos called me first thing the next morning. I told him my needs and he was out the same day to provide me with a free quote. Carlos was hired and started work the next day. Carlos provided plaster work (walls and ceiling work) as well as ceiling texture and full room painting. Carlos was always on time and he actually listened to our needs. Repaired and Painted Exterior of House. Replaced exterior door, Repaired gutters and installed leaf guards. Fixed water leaks in roof and repaired and painted the deck. Build-All did an amazing job at repairing and painting the exterior of our house. The house looks like a brand new house now. Their team were very professional, and their attention to detail was great. They addressed any concerns we had throughout the process, and the results speak for themselves. Atlantic Mechanical Services has replaced and repaired central heating and air conditioning units, hot water heaters, booster tanks, walk-in refrigerators and freezers, stand up freezers, toilets, sinks, etc. They have serviced 6 restaurants for me and I would never call anyone else. They are hands down the best commercial HVAC company around.

They Installed a Weil Mclain gv90 3 section hot water boiler. Very happy with these plumbers. For what they gave me for a price to do this work I couldnt ask for anything better. Superior work and very nice men. I will be having back this spring for a kitchen and bath remodel. Do yourself a favor and gove them a call.

I have worked with AAA Plumbing LLC since 2009 as then-Chair of the Board of Trustees of First Ecclesiastical Society of East Haddam, Connecticut/First Church of Christ Congregational in East Haddam. At the time, we had AAA design and install a replacement system for an outdated steam system for the 1794 Meetinghouse. A design criteria is that it needed to be able to be shutdown completely, just like the steam system, as there is no water in the Meetinghouse part of the building. Two Unico System air handlers were added and connected to the newer boiler in the then 7-year old addition that had plenty of capacity to handle it. The solution was perfect and very quiet, although some missed the occasional clanging of the old steam pipes. I have since had service work performed on the Unico System air handler in my 1834 residence. Very pleased with all experiences and are my "go to" HVAC contractor.
