What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to talk to them to see exactly what they want and need,and then I like to make it a special event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Newbury Culinary arts College, also climbing thru the ranks of Boston's finest hotels and Clubs.

On my website I have standard pricing on buffets and some apps.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked as a dishwasher then cook in high school, then I went to Culinary School ,and I've worked as an Executive chef in all that major hotels and private Clubs .
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've done catering for parties from 20 to 5000 ppl, from corporate to everyday families.

by recently creating my own website I've have a whole new respect of web designers
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
talk to the caterer first to see if they're right for you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
they should consider they're budget and the type of cuisines they want.
