I had meditation and yoga classes with Chavi before and can't wait to attend those again! Both were amazing! Her classes are always a moment that I can truly be mindful as her methods are very helpful in this sense. When we finish the class, she will always be open to talk about any doubts or experiences that we had during the practice and that also adds so much for the whole experience! We always leave her classes feeling lighter and happier!

6/26/2011 I recently graduated from the 200 hour teacher training program, having practiced yoga for about 10 years, this program has helped me discover what my truth is with yoga. For years I thought it was all about the physical stuff, well folks it's not. Daily meditation has become much more profound and my personal yoga practice has a deeper connection. Thank you to my teacher- Cathy.

I have been having lessons with Kathryn for about a month now and I greatly enjoy the experience. I went into it not knowing anything about Yoga, and my knowledge has grown a lot. I thought I would only want one or two private lessons and then occasional lessons, but I look forward to them every single week now! I have been challenged in such a rewarding way and have increased my knowledge in the basic foundation of yoga! Totally recommend!

I am very pleased with Wendy's Health Coaching. She has been able to help me with several health issues. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate in helping those who face health challenges. The addition of the Yoga helps to compliment the coaching. I am planning to continue with Wendy and know I will see my health improve on a weekly basis. It is always wonderful to have a good support system.

I am grateful for the opportunity to pass on to others the profound benefits of a regular yoga practice. I teach alignment-based vinyasa yoga, with an emphasis on building strength, increasing flexibility and tuning the mind. I offer private and group yoga lessons. I am specializing in both vinyasa flow and prenatal yoga instruction. I've been practicing yoga for over 15 years. I focus my teaching practice on the style of vinyasa flow. I believe strongly in the importance of physical alignment. I became certified in prenatal yoga after experiencing the excitement, wonder and pains of my own pregnancies. Teaching yoga is a great privilege and Misha loves assisting people within their own practice.
