6/26/2011 I recently graduated from the 200 hour teacher training program, having practiced yoga for about 10 years, this program has helped me discover what my truth is with yoga. For years I thought it was all about the physical stuff, well folks it's not. Daily meditation has become much more profound and my personal yoga practice has a deeper connection.
