  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I got started in high school. I was always working on my athletic abilities and self rehabilitation of injuries. Those around me gravitated to the information I could provide. I turned 18 at the end of my junior year, was certified with ACE 3 months later, working at a big box gym 4 months later. I guess it’s always been a passion.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    Over the years I have worked with thousands of clients in 1 on 1 and class formats. Understanding that no two individuals are alike, the success of the program is built off its flexibility and the adaptation to clients needs. For most clients they love the idea of 1 on 1 training but financially can’t make sense of it in the short term. In 2017 i created a number of challenges for active 1 on1 clients spanning 1-6 months. Using minimal equipment this challenge built strength, endurance and mobility. By using a wide pool of clients with different needs, i got to create templates that would be considered general, and used data collected over the following weeks to customize the program in the later half. This project has since become a great addition to those already using the personal training services or even better, seeking Covid friendly health and wellness support.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Be open, be honest, be consistent Personal Trainers just like other health care providers are ready to assist you but the success of your investment falls on your ability to provide honest and detailed information. Consistency will help you chisel away at your goal day in and day out.
