- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand what it means to be a small business owner who needs to make investments in their business to grow larger. So I offer payment plan systems where regardless of the quote of your project, you only need to put down a $500 deposit, and pay $500/month until your full balance is paid off. You can choose to pay more if you wish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have a strategy call so I can understand what it is that they're looking for and what I can help them with. After we've decided to move forward, I spent the a week designing the preview of their website. We go over all of the sections to see if they'd like to add or change anything and once it's approved, I'll spend the next two weeks designing their website as they send me all of the content they would like on their site. For example, their "about me" section, description of services, and any pictures they like. I then present them the site and do any needed changes, and the site is ready to go live!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my Batchelor's degree at Umass Lowell in Marketing. I've taken additional courses on web design, logo design and instagram growth.
