My sense of feeling when I walked into the environment was extraordinary. It was a feeling of acceptance no matter what you look like or what ethnicity. Everyone is accepted for who they are. You become a family with other people with the same interest of Aikido, Taekwon-Do, or any of the Japanese, Korean practice of Martial Arts. The Sensai's/teachers are amazing with children. They make it fun to learn for the children as well as the smaller children. I especially enjoy talking with the Sensai's/teachers about goals for my children and to watch my children learn about themselves. Thanks, Lynn M and Mike C.
Jen is an excellent trainer! She will encourage you, challenge you and motivate you.
I've been working with Kirby for a short while, but have known her as a trainer for a few years. Kirby is highly motivating and good at what she does. I have some physical challenges, and Kirby always works around them so that I always feel better after our workouts. If you're looking for someone to kick your butt into gear, she's the right trainer for you.
I have 2 kids taking karate and they both love it. It improved their selfesteme and motivation. I also believe it teaches dicipline. I would strongly recommend precision tang soo do.

Theres something for everyone in Contra Mestre Marquinho Coreba's Capoeira classes. His style of teaching engages students of all ages, varying levels of physical fitness and experience, and a diversity of backgrounds. The Capoeira classes are high-energy, full-body workouts, but most importantly, theyre both challenging and fun. Students begin by learning the Capoeira fundamental movements such as kicks, escapes and sweeps. Next, a progression of sequences is built upon these basic exercises. Eventually, the sequences develop into a fluid dialogue of movement with a partner. In essence, Capoeira is a game of simulated attack and escape. It can be theatrical, humorous, and mischievous, and sometimes it is aggressive and athletic. C.M. Coreba brings together these various elements in his teaching. Capoeira combines martial arts, dance, music, and rich cultural traditions, resulting in a physically gratifying and emotionally satisfying experience. We believe that personal growth and fulfillment are the foundations for a better society.

The part I love about being a personal trainer is helping someone along in their fitness journey. When you can be there to see a client transform into a happier, healthier person, there is no greater reward.
