Marcelo was my POC. Very cordial, prompt and excellent in communication. He made time on very short notice to come inspect the ceiling after working hours. He pro-actively followed up when I missed responding to him.
Communicated the quote and recommendations with clarity. Walked me through his workflow and gave additional, helpful advice.
His work was neat, covered all surfaces and cleaned up after, leaving no mess (loved that he clarified that in his quote as well!)
I would definitely keep him in my contacts for any future plastering work! Also would definitely recommend him to my friends if they need!
Polite and serious about his service! Would recommend!!
