FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting and assessing the scope of their project. Designing a solution for their specific needs i.e. New roofing or siding project to improve the curb appeal and value of their biggest investment!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are OSHA trained and work with the representatives of our products in classroom settings to better understand how to properly install each product offered to our customers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The old adage of "get three quotes and pick the one in the middle" is very bad advice. Price should not be the top attribute in selecting a professional to work on your house. Even getting many multiples of quotes won't help you decide who to choose, it will only confuse things. You want to do your research. Who has worked in your neighborhood, for your friends, and family, for your co-workers, and who has great reviews online. When interviewing a contractor you have to feel good about their ability to deliver what they say they will, provide the products they claim to provide, hit the schedules they claim to layout. You don't want to overpay for an average work and you don't want to underpay a top professional either. Paying $10 for a single McDonalds Hamburger would be overpaying. Paying $2.50 for a filet mignon burger is not smart either. There is a reason that filet meat is being turned into a burger and being given away. Use your judgement, don't be sold to, protect your house and your wallet.
