I really enjoyed meeting Mr. Mckenna. He sent a text the day before to remind us of the appointment and showed up on time. my gutters were really bad and I offered to renegotiate the fee by Mr. Mckenna declined. He also provided a basic inspection and told my husband and I other things that needed attention as well as showed us pictures of our roof to illustrate his points. His fee was very reasonable. Excellent. Just that. Did a great, thorough job, and I have found extra touches throughout, like extra care in organizing household items. Thorough means under and behind furniture, cabinet fronts, etc. I think because this is a small owner-involved business you get better service.

Janete has worked for me for the past two years in the capacity of both cleaner and organizer of my four bedroom house. She is a lovely person and alway makes my place look great. She is flexible and it is easy to communicate with her. I can recommend her services without hesitation.

They were so flexible with my schedule, coordinated cleaning of myself and my neighbors home and did a phenomenal job. I had a build up on my sink I have been trying to remove since I moved into my home 6 years ago and when T&M left it was gone! Jane has tremendously impacted me on a personal level as well as assisting me in achieving my goals. During my first meeting I expressed my deep desire to write lyrics and recor. I have been doing business with this company for some time now. I went through a few cleaning companies before I found this one and as long as she's in business, I will never switch! She does an excellent job cleaning, I can be slightly OCD with some things and I have never had a complaint! She is outstanding and an overall great person! I have 5 children and I trust her 100% on a personal and professional level which in my book, is huge! She takes pride in what she does and it truly shows. She is always on time and if for some reason she's running behind, she calls, which can't be said for everyone. She's flexible with my schedule if I ask, for example, we all had the flu, I didn't want to pass it to her little ones, so instead I asked her to come later in the week, which she did with no hesitation. I absolutely love this girl and I know anyone who hires her will feel the same!

Nimble Concierge was great. They were personal and professional. With millions of boxes to unpack, they were unfazed and went about unpacking with me in an orderly and helpful manner. At the end of my time with them, they had broken down all the boxes, put them in the trash room and I could see the floor of the apartment! My husband was amazed at all we had gotten done in such a short period of time. Would highly recommend using them.

Thianny is extremely punctual with her commitments and a very nice person. I didn't get a chance to use her service due to personal reasons but her quotes seemed very reasonable. Would love to contact her for future needs.

Patricia was absolutely wonderful. I was in a very serious bind. The movers unpacked all of my stuff, my house was a complete disaster. On top of that, I was 38 weeks pregnant. Patricia came twice in a week and we were able to completely organize my house. I am so grateful for her. If you're looking for an organizer, HIRE HER!!!
