Introduction: I stand out from others because i make you understand why your body is doing what it is doing. Everything is a cause and effect and when you are able to recognize the cause your able to maximize the effect. I've been told from a licensed psychologist i do his job each and everyday naturally. Sometimes you have to dig deep within yourself to find the cause of your problems. A regular personal trainer might not ever get whats really blocking you from getting to your goals and loving life as you should. Sometimes there just that certain something that is blocking you from staying focused or eating good. Treating yourself well and changing your life forever. Changing someones life is a priceless and very special thing. The reward is just beyond words.

Jason is an excellent personal trainer, and someone I would highly recommend to friends and family of all fitness levels. I worked out with Jason for about 4 months leading up to my destination wedding, and certainly glad that I did. Jason is extremely knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition and was able to tailor a program specifically to me and all my imperfections. Jason is extremely personable and easy to talk to and gives you that feeling of "oh yeah maybe I can do this". In terms of results you will be optimizing every second of the time you spend in the gym when you work out with Jason. He will make certain you are doing exactly what you need to be doing, and exactly when you need to be doing it. If you're like me and get in the gym and stare at the equipment wondering what to do next, that problem will quickly be solved. Throw out all the excuses we all use, bad knee, shoulder injury, no time, etc. Give Jason a call, get in for a consult, and let him help get you back on track. I was a 30 something newbie to working and out and after a few months with Jason I gained enough confidence in my ability to work out productively and safely enough that I was able to venture out on my own. When I need that kick in the butt to get me reinvigorated I know who to call. I was enjoying my sessions with Jason so much, that I started bringing my wife. Jason was able to put something together where she and I could work out together and have fun doing it. I was really impressed with how well he adapted to my request and took time to develop a workout routine for 2 people that kept us both moving without too much wait time between exercises. Some even involved a little healthy competition, which was motivational. I could go on and on but very sincerely and highly recommend Jason.

Jason has been my personal trainer since March 2011. When I met Jason four years ago, I was suffering from a neck injury, problems with balance (I fell all the time) and was overweight. I had been to several doctors and physical therapists with limited results. The first time I met Jason, he told me he could help correct my neck issues. I said, "If you can do that, then sign me up!" He did wonders for my neck (I can now sleep at night!), balance (I don't fall anymore) and I also lost 35 pounds in less than six months (and significantly reduced my body fat) . He has superior knowledge and knew exactly what my problems were and how to help correct them. Jason is very personable and extremely supportive. I highly recommend Jason as a Personal Trainer- no matter what age bracket or health condition you're in. Susan, 56 years young!

I look forward to training with Jason each session. I started working out with Jason after a hip injury, and has been challenging me ever since. During my sessions Jason pushes me to succeed and attain new goals. He is patient in explaining and demonstrating exercises, and is happy to go over it again and answer questions. Jason takes the time to get to know each of his clients and is supportive both in and outside of the gym. Training with Jason has changed the way I think about exercise and eating, and has helped me gain a better understanding of how the body works, and how to make my body work better for me. I would recommend training with Jason to all my friends and family.

When I started working with Jason two and a half years ago, I was a retired admin coordinator, who got winded going up the steps in our home. I also had health issues and was worried about becoming too weak to do the things I love. Remaining independent is extremely important to me. Jason has been a great influence on me. Not just with exercise, but my entire lifestyle. He is always patient and extremely professional. I also look to him for nutritional guidance. I am now much healthier and stronger/flexible than I was many years ago. He worked with me through a difficult health issue and motivated me to continue with my sessions.   • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am constantly reading, watching or studying about health and fitness. It's more then a career to me it my passion. Continuing education is something i do daily.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have been interested in health and fitness from the age of 16. I have always had a deep passion for fitness and feeling good. An interest and hobby of doing what i love to do my whole life became a career.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Your body is a science, you need to learn it. There's a reason your body is doing what it is doing and your brain is thinking they way its thinking. If you look at things this way and understand them you control the out come and its easy!
