- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the type/size of photo shoot, who will be using the images, how they will be using the images and the total number of images delivered. We always try to tailor a photo shoot to your needs and budget, and are happy to discuss those concerns. Within reason, we can adjust the photo shoot and deliverables to help most of the awesome companies that want to work with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we need to learn about what you are looking for. We will ask for the basics: who, what, when, where, why and how much... The more we know about your situation, the better we can tailor our services specifically for you and try to give you the best images possible for a price that helps you move forward, not back. We can then put a formal quote together for you. Once you review it, if you have any concerns please let us know. We are happy to consider any changes. If you love our style and really want to work with us, then we will do everything in our power to make that happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Christian Scully has a BFA in Advertising Photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Rochester, NY. He has focused on photographing architecture and interiors, as well as products, for the past 11 years.
