I suffered from low back pain and shoulder/neck pain for many years . I had meditation and yoga classes with Chavi before and can't wait to attend those again! Both were amazing! Her classes are always a moment that I can truly be mindful as her methods are very helpful in this sense. When we finish the class, she will always be open to talk about any doubts or experiences that we had during the practice and that also adds so much for the whole experience! We always leave her classes feeling lighter and happier!

I've always been interested in spiritual arts but never had I had quite an experience like I've had with Robin! She is an incredibly gifted, gentle & generous soul. I've seen her for reiki on multiple occasions and was blown away at her gift of insight and her ability to release emotional wounds I had locked away. I enjoyed my first experience with her so much that I've sent half my family since! I've also attended her yoga classes in her gorgeous loft space studio. I always leave her presence with a renewed, relaxed and sunny disposition. I highly recommend her for anyone interested in obtaining a peaceful/flexible state of mind & body!

It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation for our Yoga Instructor at the YMCA, Cheryl Wolf. My first experience with Cheryl (as I was a complete novice to yoga) was that of warmth and immediate acceptance, no matter what level of practice (which for me, was at zero). She creates a nurturing, encouraging environment that allows everyone to grow at their own pace, in addition to inspiring each member to challenge themselves within their own practice. With the varying levels of expertise in the class, this effort could be daunting, but for Cheryl, it is comfortable and easy. I can truly say that no-one is left out, and everyone reaps the benefit of her instruction. Cheryl's teaching style is clear and meaningful, both in body and in spirit. Her well planned curriculum encompasses meditation, breathing, and yoga poses, where she is an active participant in all three. I have been to numerous other classes where this is not the case. In this way, Cheryl stands above all others and truly sets by example. Moreover, her message that yoga extends "off the mat" has been an inspiration to me personally and professionally. I am forever grateful for this powerful, profound message she has taught me, which is the true essence of yoga. I have been practicing yoga with Megan Bradshaw for several years. What I like most about Megan is she listens to my concerns and knows my past injuries, so well it's as if they were her own. Megan has given me solid advice for managing my hip injury, a torn ligament in my wrist and hyperextension in my elbows and knees. Megan has also made herself available to me for nutrition advice. She even helped me discover my sensitivity to legumes! I highly recommend Megan for any yoga or nutrition advice.
