We were in need of group certification for our research lab here in Boston. Shelley was extremely prompt in responding to inquiries, which was particularly helpful since some of us were nearing expiration of our certification. She was flexible in coordinating a day and time that worked for all of our schedules and accommodated our schedule by coming on a Saturday morning! I definitely recommend her CPR training class. We found her extremely knowledgeable, approachable, professional. Thanks, Shelley!

I needed to get re-certified in CPR/AED ASAP, as I realized that my certification is expiring soon. Gary contacted me quickly, and his e-mails were very informative. I finally called him and spoke regarding which class would be best for me.

This was my first CPR training. The class was a little big (not Joe's fault, he was contracted through another company) but Joe made sure that everyone in the class was doing everything appropriately. He paid a little extra attention to the new people in the class, which I appreciated. I feel prepared to perform CPR effectively. My only advice for a better class: Joe, you need better jokes!

We hired Justin to provide a group of 5 with CPR training focusing on infants/toddlers. He is very professional, knowledgable and articulate. Additionally, he is very personable and easy to talk to. I would hire Justin again and highly recommend him and Northeast Medical Education.

I am a CPR/first aid instructor for AHA and put on class normally at my fire house/training center locally in Putnam and killingly from time to time. Cost is relatively cheap for combined classes. I also offer healthcare professional CPR as well as friends and family CPR/first aid. I am a full-time EMT in a major city, as well as a firefighter and EMT locally at my local fire house and ambulance service. I have been teaching CPR/first aid for almost 5 years now and have been in the medical fire field for over 14 years.
