"My fiance and I hired Millyard Home Inspection to inspect a home we are wanting to buy. Dan was excellent. From the beginning, he had excellent communication and promptly returned all my messages. At the inspection, he was very thorough and took the time to explain things he found and answer any questions that we thought of. He was very helpful. We ended up getting the water and the septic tested as well. When we got the water results back, and the test was not up to par, we decided to have an air test done. I contacted Dan to find out when this was possible and he fit it in almost right away. The inspection report was sent to us next day and was easy to read and gave us more insight into any problems we may come across with the house. The lab results also came back very quickly. I would highly recommend using this company and would definitely use again if I ever need to have an inspection done in the future."
