- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In this life you get what you pay for, we are a small and affordable company with less overhead then bigger companies but we will never claim to be the cheapest out there. we do a lot of free and discounted work for elderly, handicapped and military and I am a single father of four kids so I do need to make an income somewhere. LOL. We provide quality work at a price you can afford. Don't be fooled by a guy claiming they can do the job for wayless. Some Corners are not meant to be cut. also it is important to keep in mind that currently in 2021 the price of supplies have skyrocket making it almost impossible for contractors to give a low price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer, see the job that needs to be done, agree on a price that works for the both of us and set a date to do the work. I go to the store and make the supply list and as soon as all the supplies can be delivered to the job we start within a few days after all supplies have arrived.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I truly LOVE to learn so Not only have I been doing construction my entire life but I graduated top of my class with a double major in business management and paralegal studies. I was trained by older French Carpenters with a meticulous eye for detail. I got my business license in 2012, my home improvement license shortly after and have continued to attend every type of certificate class and gain all the education, training and experience I can find.
