"I began my training at School of Healing Arts in San Diego, CA. I continued my studies with Shiatsu at California Healing Arts College and finished my training at Palmer Institute in Salem MA.
I have worked with NHL, NBA players and various celebrities. There is something to be said about an extraordinarily intuitive massage therapist that can pin point the areas of the body the feels the most pain. I feel my way around the body, stopping at spots to manipulate and loosen. To get you through those most stress filled days, I will show you simple stretches to help you recharge, and enhance productivity. My work is Eastern and Western influenced, hugely inspired by the Hindu and Buddhist women that have worked on me.
I combine many different modalities in my unique session. The massage starts with cleansing yoga breaths inhaling lovely lavender essential oil. Three breaths is all takes to relax with ease. The massage continues with Shiatsu, using my body weight; crawling kneading and rolling my way around the body. Acupressure is applied for those tight areas; shoulders, back, and glutes. Trigger point therapy is also performed to get deep into the rhomboids and lower back area. Sports massage is available for those highly active clients. A divine head and neck massage will finish your blissful session.
The combination of modalities; yoga breath and aroma therapy will help you relax, rejuvenate and renew; mind, body and soul My greatest accomplishment is having learned the power of touch and how it can help others. My work is a combination of all these modalities and strive to give clients the best experience possible."
