Introduction: We provide CAD drafting services to contractors and homeowners. We combine the latest AutoCAD™ drafting technology with an extensive experience in drafting and construction. We convert hand sketches, complex paper drawings, hand scribbles, and dream notes into a set of complete architectural plans. We are current with the Massachusetts Building Code 8th Edition (2011), 2009 International Building Code, 2009 International Residential Building Code, and the International Energy Conservation Code. Services: - Additions - Renovations - One and two-family building design - Family rooms, master bedroom suites, basement, and attic renovations - Second floor additions and bump-outs - Kitchen and bathroom renovations and additions We have REScheck - Energy Code Compliance Certificate. As a home improvement contractor, we also have a Massachusetts construction supervisor license.
