For The Love of Food & Drink was everything we hoped for and more! The food was delicious and the staff was amazing! We had a bourbon tasting where we wanted the bartender to be engaged with our guests she did just that. The Chef was just as engaged with our guests which we loved. We will definitely be using them again!

Jen is amazing. I had no idea what having a chef in our home would be like, and it exceeded my expectations. It was such a pleasure to have Jen in our home, and we fell in love with her personality just as much as her food. She gave a small cooking lesson to my wife and her 10 friends for her birthday and then fed them a five-course meal. Everyone loved the food and is still talking about it. But they also loved meeting Jen, and to us, that was just as important. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again.

My experience with Sara's Cooking was most positive. Our son and fiance sadly needed to postpone their wedding plans a few weeks before the actual wedding date. Because so many people had made plans, purchased airline tickets...etc. We decided to turn our lemons into lemonade by hosting a friends and family event on the date the wedding would have been. We had committed to having Sara's Cooking for the wedding and now we needed to switch gears in changing our venue. Sara graciously and easily accommodated our switch and do so with utmost kindness. The food was most incredible with an international flare, home cooked goodness and beautiful presentation. I purposely had chosen Sara's Cooking because her menu selections grabbed my attention right away. My husband and I were not disappointed and neither were our guests. The chefs are topnotch, pay careful attention to detail, friendly, fun and were most accommodating to all our needs as we hosted our gathering. I will always recommend them and use them again for future events.

Chef Cristo was excellent! Of all the caterers with whom I was in contact, he was the only one to provide acustom menu for our themed Octoberfest. He worked with me on menu edits and cane within my budget and was a great communicator. The food was delicious! We had the party for 30 caterer and asked for a grillmaster and second person to make sure the party went smoothly. They showed up on time with all of their top notch equipment and quickly set up (and were even nice to my very curious 3-year-old). Throughout the party, they were discreet and cleaned up behind our guests and I was able to host. When the party was wrapping up they tidied up all of their equipment without my even noticing and were ready to go once the party wound down. I merely had to close the door when the party was over and my house was totally in order. It was a dream! All of our guests told me afterwards how much they enjoyed the food - even our very finicky Vegan guest who was able to tell what she could eat because the chef provided a full ingredients list. To boot, this is a family business with a great family. Go with Chef Cristo!

SUPERB!!! I live in Los Angeles. I wanted to hire a personal chef for my boss who lives in Massachusetts for her birthday. As I was talking with many chefs, Julie (from Manda & Me) totally got what I was trying to do immediately and took the ball and ran with it. I wanted to incorporate my boss's kids and dogs as I know that they are extremely important to her. She knew exactly what to do down to the serving dish specifically for the dogs. To hire a personal chef for your boss from across the country has several risks and I have to say that this one paid off a hundred fold! I would highly recommend Manda & Me as a personal chef. They are amazing and it was worth every. single. penny. Thank you!!!!

William has been providing personal chef services for my family for a few months now. I can't say enough positive things about him as well as his food! It is like bringing a five star chef into your home. William's food is superb - expertly made, beautifully prepared and plated (if you want) and delicious. William is a pleasure to have in our home as well and works with you to develop the menu and is open to suggestions and feedback. Hostess Catering made our Division Holiday party so spectacular. The food was amazing, and I really appreciated the effort they put into helping us customize the menu. At the event itself, all staff were extremely professional, friendly and efficient. Everyone was raving about how much they liked the set-up and food, and the hosts (who held the event at their home in Brookline), said it was the least stressful event they'd ever been a part of. Our ONLY complaint is that, although we stressed that we had a few lactose-intolerant guests, the rice pilaf had butter in it, which we think could have been avoided and allowed for more options for the few who couldn't eat milk products. Otherwise, GREAT EVENT. Thanks ladies!

Chef Malone and staff are awesome! Malone Catering catered our wedding on 9/28. We had a casual buffet style dinner. The guests RAVED about how good the food was! The quality of the food was exceptional! Chef Marty & staff were all very friendly, professional and attentive. We really couldn't have asked for anything more! Lori, her partner Sam and her staff made my small event seamless. Lori and I were able to effectively communicate via email and text a half a dozen times in the span of 17 days which proved a tremendous value for me in terms of my time and energy. The team were prompt, professional, friendly, anticipated my needs and stayed on top of everything all night. They met and exceeded all my expectations and received rave reviews from my 50 guests. This past Sunday, Renee catered an engagement brunch for 33 people in our Needham home. I was a bit hesitant at first choosing Renee as I did not know anyone who had used her. After checking out her website and talking to her on the phone, I was confident I had chosen the right caterer for our celebration. Renee listened to my ideas and created a menu that was both elegant and rustic at the same time. Her food was out of this world and the presentation equally as brilliant. If you are looking for a special caterer with a special talent (think design and top chef) Renee is the one! I look forward to working with her again .

Sam and his staff catered our nonprofit organization's annual Sandra K Russell Derby Day Benefit for MitoAction a few weeks ago and it was beyond amazing! Our attendees and staff cannot say enough great things about the Merrimack Event team. From start to finish, Sam was polite, attentive, and efficient. He worked with our budget and understood the complexity of the event. Sam went above and beyond to help decorate the event venue beautifully and of course, have his chef design an out of this world Southern Fare dinner menu to match our event's theme. Everyone was so pleased with the delicious food, and has told us out of the 8 years we have hosted this event - this one was truly the best. We cannot wait to use Simply Elegant Catering again next year! Thank you again Sam and team!

Beth has been very easy to work with, and we love her food. She is extremely flexible, and is willing to either cook at her own home and deliver, or cook in your home. She will either provide you with a menu, or let you send her recipes! And the food is delicious and healthy. We're glad we found her and decided to give a personal chef a try! It's really helped the weeknight dinner rush and made evenings more enjoyable with the family since we can focus on being together after a long day, rather than worrying about what's for dinner!

    Don is absolutely the best home chef who has prepared full meals for our busy family. Everyone, from Mom and Dad to the kids ranging from teenager to toddler, raves about his delicious and well planned meals. As a testament, everyone would rather eat Don's home prepared meals than go out to a restaurant, especially if the meal if followed up by one of his wife's homemade cookies! His service allows us to eat fine cuisine together as a family without worrying about "keeping a lid" on the little ones at a nice restaurant.

      Chef Reed and and his staff of culinarians and service staff provided a wonderful holiday feast for Phillips Exeter Academy. The attention to flavor profiles, detail in execution in all the selections were exceptional. Chef Reed attended all planning meetings, developed all the menus based on a shared vision while providing timely quotes. The wait-staff were professional, well presented and attentive to guests while ensuring the food presentation were maintained. I would highly recommend Thyme and TIDE Catering.

      I highly recommend Matt Stogryn as private Chef for parties large and small. I have worked with Matt on a Holiday Party for 100, and a dinner party for 12. Both times, Matt consulted with me with plenty of advance notice regarding menu, food restrictions, and drink pairings. Matt was on time, very organized with his prep. Matt was charming and knowledgeable when presenting each course to my guests, and the food was fantastic! Matt was clear on pricing in advance, took care of every detail. Wit Matt in the kitchen, I was able to enjoy my guests, and we all loved the food.
