Rob from Four Points Property Management came today for the first time and mowed my yard. It looks amazing. His communication with me was great and I could not have asked for a better job!
Ruy Barbosa and his crew provided a very professional and clean work to my property. Besides Fencing, they helped me with my kitchen and bathroom remodel. Will hire them again in the summer for my new porch and deck.
Pietro was great in helping us find a great tenant for our rental property. He made sure they were screened properly and provided the utmost care in making sure they were good tenants. I would recommend Pietro for all real estate services in the Boston area!
YIF Management is first class when it comes to property management. I have been renting in Boston since 2003 and have never had such a positive experience as a tenant since becoming a tenant of YIF Management. I moved into one of their properties in 2009 and have lived in 3 different units they manage since then and will be renewing my current lease. Everyone on their team is amazing from the maintenance staff, leasing staff to the hands on owner and property manager. Any maintenance issues are addressed right away with such professionalism and friendliness. I never hesitate to make a call to them and know they will be there to address the issue. I recommend them so highly that have had other friends move into their properties and all have thanked me for bringing them to a property management company that truly cares about their properties and tenants. If you want a place to call home in Boston, a property managed by YIF Management is the way to go!!
Ryan is professional, attentive, and reliable. We can trust that the job will always be done quickly, and his prices are always reasonable. RFD Property Services is the way to go!
I was pleased with Boston Capital Management on renting my condo. I would recommend them to a friend.
On top of everything -- quick to respond and follow up with us. We will 100% use them for more rental properties.
We worked with Nancy who was very responsive in preparing our condo for rental.
Alex, of Skyline Realty, was my agent in buying the apartment. He found me an excellent house painter, and floor refinisher, and thereafter found me tenants, as I wanted to rent from time to time. He did everything: finding tenants, screening them, preparing the lease, collecting rent, attending to whatever needed to be done once the tenant was residing in the property. The tenants he found were of good quality. When rental periods were up he'd have the apartment professionally cleaned. At this point I am using the apartment, but if I rent again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Alex.
We worked with Chris Mastrangelo from Peacock Properties to have our condo document financials reviewed and to have a summary of said results prepared. He presented his report clearly and completed the work in a timely fashion. We would definitely recommend Peacock Properties for anyone looking for property management services.
First class and company and representive! My only property manager choice throughout Boston!
Great property management company. If you are looking to rent your house or income property Roger and his team will ensure you get the most out of your rental. For a great property manager in the Framingham area, definitely consider Divisions. These guys are pros!
Have been using Fennell Property Management for two months, so far so good, Robert did a great job from every aspect.
Devin is fantastic & really took our specific situation & found us a great tenant & would point out shortcoming's of certain applicants. He truly cares what type of tenant you end up with in your property. I am consistently impressed with his professionalism pride he takes in his work.
Rob is very friendly and explained everything in detail and I hired him to manage my property.
Ted and Lauren at ECMD have been managing property for us for almost 3 years. It has been a pleasure working with them as they combine an institutional background with a personal touch in everything they do. It is rare to find a property manager with as much integrity as ECMD. They are forthright, honest and extremely hard working. Ted has done a great job leasing units at our building and pushing rents to new levels, while Lauren is a wiz when it comes to accounting, back office operations and logistics. The books every month are tight and every cent can be tracked. For a property 10-75 units, ECMD offers the best value proposition in the market and maybe even more importantly, they are great people. We would highly recommend ECMD for both residential and commercial property management in the Boston area.
Our group has deciced to hire CPC Management,LLC
