I'm totally new at taking a cruise, and Donna has helped me pick out one to Alaska from Seattle. Our first meeting was by Zoom. I never knew about excursions, and she warned me 30 minutes between excursions was probably not doable. She helped me understand the difference between a passport card and a traditional passport and the importance of getting a passport long before the cruise starts. She's been quick to respond to my emails and I'm sure that will happen when I come up with other questions. I trust her to help me have a successful cruise.
