This was my first experience with energy healing, although I am very much into naturopathic and homeopathic alternatives I had never explored energy healing before. We just finished our first session with Sara, I had booked the session for my almost 9-month-old son Oliver. He had been experiencing unexplainable problems with digestion since he was a week old and I felt at this point it was something more spiritual than physical. During the session, Oliver was quite calm and then at one point, you could tell something was happening to his stomach because he was acting in a way that he never had before. He was very calm and then all of a sudden was ready to get up and start playing. Sara was a great listener, she was very sensitive to our needs and beliefs and carry out her healing in a very non-invasive way. After the session, she supplied lots of great information and guidance on how to help maintain positive energy in Oliver, myself and our home. I would highly recommend Sara to anyone looking for an energy healer. I felt all her insight was spot on to what I had discerned myself. I also felt relief from pain I had in my back prior to the session.

I found Sara to be very caring and professional. She really tries to get to know you before starting the Reiki session and then sends a detailed summary of the chakras that are blocked and some tips for moving forward.

I am not new to energy healing and very pleased with the healing session I received today from Sara. I felt supported , safe and empowered , and what I was looking for afterwards , I also felt reenergized, sort of cleansed. I very much value her useful insights she shared after the energy session as well as tips on how to create more self support . I am aware that energy sessions continue working their magic long beyond the ending of the session, and so I do appreciate all that hasn’t yet revealed , but on its way as well . Thank you Sara !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer all first time clients $10 off a single session. If you purchase a package of 3 or more energy healing sessions, I will take 10% off the total price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send you an scheduling link to book, pay, and receive the Google meet for your session. There will be a mini questionnaire & then a session will go as follows: - Hopping on Google meet, where the first 5-10 minutes is discussing your intentions for the session. - Next, I will provide binaural beats & bring you through a guided meditation or deep relaxation. - Then I'll send you 20-30 minutes of energy healing (you may experience temp. changes, tingles, pressure, or nothing at all) - Once done, I will slowly bring you out of your relaxation &, with the remaining time, chat about all that came through & provide tangible tools as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified health coach through the Primal Health Institute, I am attuned to USUI Holy Fire III Reiki 1 ,2, 3 (master), and I have a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology.
