Introduction: At Green Turtle Wellness, we strive to provide a safe, caring environment for therapeutic massage. We work with our clients to help them feel their best and be their best at home and work and in their favorite activities.
My practice focuses on relaxation, Swedish, and deep tissue massage, with incorporated elements of trigger point therapy, shiatsu, Thai, and reflexology.
I believe that time-tested, traditional methods of healing like massage, acupuncture, and herbal medicine should be integrated into modern medicine as a way of preventing and managing chronic diseases.
I listen to the clients and learn about their discomfort and their medical history, and I customize my therapy according to their needs. I also follow the latest studies and research on the applications of massage therapy and the ways it can improve the health of my clients.
