My sump pump died during a long stretch of rainy days, and in a matter of hours I had so much water in my basement that I was in a mild panic. I didn’t have a plumber I trusted, so I turned to Thumbtack, put in a request and Kenny Plumbing responded very quickly and was able to come just a few hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem, got the water level down and ran out for a new sump pump, which he quickly installed, solving my problem. I’m so grateful for the connection, and have already had him come back for a couple of non-emergency repairs.

I reached out to Kenny about a p-trap leak and instead of charging me to come out and do a 2 minute job, he explained to me how simple it was to clean out my p-trap. I know there will be future problems I run into with my home’s plumbing and I won’t have to worry about being taken advantage of.

Highly recommend Kenny for your plumbing needs. We woke up to water in our basement from a clogged main and Kenny was here within 2 hours. He was able to diagnose the issue and continued to go after the problem until it was solved. For anyone reading this, Don’t flush paper towels and wipes down the toilet. Kenny is Super professional, does great work, and responsive which I value very highly. While he was here, he also installed an outdoor spigot that we were looking to have replaced. I will be using Kenny for any plumbing needs or issues going forward. You should too.
