Very good guidance as to what product and sizing needed for my heating/ hot water usage and house size. Excellent communication for expectations for what will be done and how long it will take. Good clean up when they left at the end of the work day.

We decided to change over our heating system from oil to gas. After much research and several estimates we decided to go with Imbaro. My wife and I are first time home buyers facing our first major home repair, and Rick and Vicki were great throughout the process. Our old gas furnace needed to be replaced quickly, and Rick and Vicki were responsive and very patient as we asked lots of "first timer" questions. We installed a high efficiency "combi" unit, and Rick and his team were able to get the complete installation done over one weekend. Throughout the process, I thought that Rick and Vicki kept us very well informed about what was going on, and they were very helpful as we applied for a heat loan through MassSave and applied for our energy efficiency rebate. We had a little trouble scheduling the inspection with the city of Boston, but Rick clearly did his best to keep me informed about what was going on and pushed as much as he could to get the inspection taken care of quickly. I would definitely recommend Imbaro Mechanical.
