Once again not all professionals are the same Ralph came out to fix a slow bathtub drain in our first floor apartment. He really had to take everything apart to get the job done properly and stuck with it until it was done. Unfortunately last year we hired a drain service that charged $150 and they didn’t take apart the tub stopper assembly so they really didn’t do a proper job. Abby Drain Cleaning cost more money but I’d rather pay more for somebody who knows what they’re doing. I would rehire Ralph again with no hesitation!!
