My goals were to lose weight, increase muscular definition, and have a more positive outlook on life. In the past I have tried all types of methods but nothing has been more beneficial than working out with a personal trainer. MJ has shown me the way to push through my physical limitations and find the confidence to train at a whole new explosive level. I couldn't be more excited with the results thus far. Having others notice the hard work I've put in is a pretty great feeling. I highly recommend training with MJ.
I am currently training with Nancy. She has identified trouble areas and weak areas that I need to work on. For example my knees are making a grinding noise. There is no pain in my knees at this time but it is a warning of potential problems in the future. My knees are also bowing in toward each other. Nancy has developed a workout program specifically designed to strengthen my knees and straighten out my legs (as well as improve other trouble areas). I am only in week two of my training but I am already feeling stronger and am looking better. Nancy is very knowledgeable and appropriately adjusts the workouts to maximize the benefits while being careful not to push me beyond my capabilities. I highly recommend Nancy to anyone looking for an effective and safe workout program.

I have been training with Nick since July of 2014. I trained with him twice a week at Today's Fitness, and at his new facility, I have joined his new High Intensity Interval Training bootcamp. Nick has always been great with me. Each workout focuses on a different major muscle group with always changing exercises (no two workouts have been the same). After each session, he tells me what workouts I should do on my own before our next session. This, combined with his nutrition advice, I have had a major change in body composition over the last 8 months. The proof is in the pudding as they say.
I first started working with Hendrigo through a bootcamp based class and instantly was hooked into his fun programs and body weight focused workouts. As I began my training for the Boston Marathon I wanted to focus more on a workout program suitable for runners. Hendrigo was my first call and attribute a lot my success of finishing this year's marathon to him. Not just thenough physical training program but the mental one as well. Hendrigo really goes above and beyond for his clients. They become more of lifelong friendships than just a client relationship. I will still continue to utilize Hendrigo, his knowledge and his expertise to help obtain my fitness goals.
Both Justin and Kylie are incredible motivators and masters of their profession. They work directly with you to achieve personal goals and they build workout plans specifically for you. I highly recommend giving Justin & Kylie's Custom Fitness Training a try no matter if you are an Olympic athlete or a beginner. Ive trained with Kandace for a year now. She gives a personalized 1 to 1 training tailored to help me achieve my specific fitness goals. Her seasoned knowledge in muscle conditioning, core workouts, agility & strength training have greatly helped condition me for my Spartan Races. She is always prepared & makes it a point to clearly show you how to correctly perform each exercise. And there is no lack of her generous motivation that I sometimes need to finish her tough workouts. She quickly observed my poor breathing & lack of flexibility. Her suggestion to try yoga along with her nutrition & diet tips, helped make a positive difference in my overall fitness & health. And in my opinion, Kandace being a registered nurse just adds another layer of knowledge & professionalism that makes her stand out. She is an excellent personal trainer & nutrition coach!

Jodi makes bootcamp so much fun and something to look forward to rather than something you dread. She keeps every session very interesting by always changing up the exercises and using body weight in addition to dumbbells and kettlebells. She has the best attitude and does a great job motivating everyone individually and as a group. She truly cares about everyone getting results and is there to help and answer any questions you may have. In addition you get to have your hour long work out on the beach and not in a hot gym. After only a month of bootcamp, I know feel much stronger and already seeing results. Thank you Jodi, you are the best!!!
Working with Jamie and going to BootCamp at Southside Fitness has been great. Each day challenges you in new ways and you are constantly building more strength. Getting up early and starting the day with such a great work out makes the rest of the day so much better knowing you've already accomplished so much and that you don't have to drag yourself to the gym after work when you just want to go home and relax or have errands and chores to do. Bootcamp motivates me to push myself harder than I ever would by myself at a gym and Jaime always makes sure you know how to properly preform an exercise and suggests adaptions if something is too challenging.
Hayley is a really knowledgable health coach/personal trainer. She has created several training plans for me to help me train for races. She has also taught me a few 1 on 1 TRX classes, which were great for strength training. She is so sweet and supportive, made me feel at ease, great person to work with.
I hate exercising but Shelley made it enjoyable. She's great at motivating you but doesn't push you past boundaries. She's also great at substituting moves if you have an injury and finding ways to still make you feel like you're working out. In and after her classes I definitely feel the burn.
Charlies is a remarkable trainer/instructor. He has the ability to bring out your best no matter what level of fitness you're at. He pushes you just enough to keep you wanting to do more and works on achieving your personal goal. I've always enjoyed being in his classes.
I see Coach Nancy during GetFitNH's special training sessions when both the Epsom and Concord gyms train together. She is a great coach that I would gladly train with daily if I trained at her's Epsom location. Plus she is an awesome nutrition coach who has taught me a great deal on eating properly through her workshops and by personally answering my nutrition questions through emails and Facebook groups. Thank you, Coach Nancy for all you do.
Amazing bootcamp! Carrie is the ultimate motivator...I'm not a morning person but she puts the positive pressure on that makes you want to work. The routines vary daily so you don't feel stagnant which keeps it interesting and challenging. I feel energized and it keeps me going for the entire day. I can see the results already - Carrie keeps it fun & once it's done, you look forward to the day. The mix of workouts are a 'muscle confusion' for your body and the results happen quick. There is no comparison to a regular gym membership routine - you're working with a group. Everyone makes you accountable & at the end of the day you're glad you attended =)
