Matthew from the gate was very nice, and he was very quick to answer any questions. He added two new plugs from our basement into our sun room and one in our dining room. It was fast and cost me almost 2x less than what I was quoted by my former electrician. Matthew will be used again that's for sure.

So Matt came to install a new fan in our living room, he walked in, shook my hand, talked everything over; to say he was quick was an understatement. Best of all I love that he put down a drop cloth and was incredible mindful of our cats.

Was prompt and fast! Had Matthew troubleshoot why my bathroom lights kept flickering; it was a lose connection supposedly. Haven’t flickered once since! Practically didn’t charge me since it was a fast find. Will use again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a reasonable person and I can't make a constant rate for everyone because there are factors at play; I determine my rate based on your budget and I've always had my customers love that idea. You pay what you can afford and I'll do that portion of work, no need to pay and do everything all at once. A vision takes time and a home is forever.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost introductions and necessary needs like allergies, medications, physical assistance, special needs, dogs, elderly. To ensure the customer is comfortable is priority. After it's discussing the general vision and accumulating a budget that's fair and affordable for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed in all of New England, Osha 20, CPR for infants and adult, 7 years of electrical background.
