Mark Grappi and his work crew were very accommodating to work with as far as listening to what we were going for with fair pricing in mind. Mark responded promptly to every inquiry that I had (and there were many!). We had a whole kitchen remodel, as well as partial wood flooring on main the floor installed in living room, hall and stairs with new plaster ceilings. The team was punctual even during snowy weather! Mark was helpful in giving us a time line when they would need decisions on paint, fixtures, hardware, moldings, appliances, etc. We are very pleased with the outcome of the job and would highly recommend Grappi And Sons.

We originally contracted Grappi and Sons' Construction in 2014 to assist during a home inspection. After purchasing said home, we hired them to perform repairs and renovations of this single family colonial built Circa 1900. They handled the acquisition of permits from the city, provided a detailed project timeline, and facilitated feedback as the project ensued. We were very pleased with their immediate team, as well as the sub contractors utilized. We again contracted their services Summer 2018 to demo an existing deck, repair water damage, and install new composite deck. Their attention to detail is what makes them stand out among others.
