Rev. Jerrie Hildebrand was great; very accommodating and led a service that was right in line for what we were looking for. Jerrieâs patience and understanding goes a long way when trying to construct a ceremony although not quite sure how to do so. Jerrie was able to script a service that was perfect for us and our guests. Her experience and writing skills were evident in every part of the ceremony. I would highly suggest considering Rev. Jerrie Hildebrand.
Pauline officiated our wedding and was very professional and punctual. She did an excellent job and we would recommend her highly to anyone in the GLBT community looking to get married.
A wedding is something that every girl dreams of her entire life. You plan every detail from the food, flowers, favors and music. You should take the same care when finding the perfect person to be your officiant. Peter Beckwith is that person. Peter took the time to meet with my husband and I prior to the wedding so he could truly understand who we were as people and what style of wedding we would like. I think my favorite moment with Peter was the night of the rehearsal. I was nervous and with my type A personality I needed everything to be perfect. Peter was so organized that he managed to easily get our 10 inexperienced bridal party members to do exactly what needed to be done quickly and with a sense of humor. It was a great feeling to know that everything was under control. The ceremony went perfectly and Peter truly helped us have the wedding of our dreams. I am confident that if you hire Peter Beckwith he will help you have the wedding of your dreams too!
We planned on having a garden party with our closest friends and relatives, then we decided to make it a special event by having a wedding so we reached out to Interfaith Minister Denise DeSimone. Denise met with us, consulted with us, supported us and made our day a lasting and memorable event that we will always cherish. We were lucky to have Denise there for us and we will always be thankful.
Ana did the mock Wedding for our 50th wedding anniversary party. She was hysterically funny and spontaneous. Everyone said that Ana and how she performed the ceremony was the high-light of the party. She played a very funny minister. And she added props., A wedding veil for me and a King's hat for my husband along with other props for the bridesmaids and Best man.
Sandra was amazing. When my original Justice of the Peace cancelled on me last minute, Sandra not only stepped up when I called her but set my mind at ease. She walked me through what to expect, what decisions we will need to make and when she needed information by. I had to do everything from long distance as I lived in a different state and she was always available and accessible to answer any questions. Brendan and I loved that we were able to make the ceremony personal and include certain aspects that were important to us. I highly recommend Sandra to ANY couple. Her calming attitude and personality also made things much lighter the day of our wedding.
Joel took time with us before and so helped us be clear on our goals and challenges in this marriage. He officiated with grace and honored all we wanted. He is an outstanding person to help hold any Union between two people to embark on this deep commitment.
A very patient, attentive, and able to put himself in ones shoes to see the big picture thus being able to get to the root of the issue, not just a feel good temporary bandaid approach like many counselors I've known.
My husband and I met Gordon when we were seeking a minister to marry us at Sudbury Inn. We decided to attend his church service before letting him know that we were interested in having us marry us -- and we were blown away by his thoughtful and thought-provoking sermon. Upon meeting Gordon, we immediately knew that he would be the PERFECT person to marry us and to preside over our wedding. He was thoughtful, wanted to get to know us personally, and we have remained in touch via social media. I could not recommend Gordon enough.
I decided years ago that making a couple happy and being able to officiate and have that honor of doing their wedding was something I really wanted to do! I believe in letting the couple also decide what is best for them, whether it be their own personal vows to each other, or a basic reading of their vows. My job is to make sure that every couple is happy during the moments if their lifetime commitment together which I feel is a lasting memory for everyone involved in your personal ceremony. If you choose to make your ceremony more personal we would of course have to discuss that ahead of time before the ceremony takes place, but I am willing and here to help you in anyway that I possibly can to make sure that your moment is exactly the way it should be and would be honored to perform your wedding.
I spend time with my clients making sure each wedding is personalized. No cookie cutter services.
