I am so excited that Endurance moved into my South End neighborhood this year. Julie and her team are amazing! They make working out fun and challenging. The classes are small so you always get individual attention. Minor tweaks make such a big difference in pilates and barre. I can still feel my hamstrings from my last workout!
Sharon has been training me for almost three years. I especially like her because she varies the sessions all the time and misses nothing. Slacking off on the exercises doesn't work. She trains people at all levels of Pilates from older me to people who can do anything. I've worked with several other trainers and none of them were able to keep me interested the way Sharon has. And she is fun. She is punctual. She makes it interesting.
Marilyn is an excellent pilates instructor. She has a keen sense of the human body and knows just the right instruction for each person. Just What I Needed to Get Started! I've been trying to get into better shape for a while, and this pilates class was just what I needed. It wasn't so easy for me, but it sure was gratifying afterwards. Madeleine was an excellent teacher. She could tell which exercises I was having difficulties with, and made sure to adjust the lesson accordingly. I learned a lot about my own body, and am just so glad I decided to take the first step in getting stronger overall. She also taught me about the many benefits of pilates that I wouldn't even have thought of. Can't wait to work with Madeleine again. Total pro. Now I just need to rest!

Although ballet is a huge focus of my career, I have performed multiple styles at all 3 companies I have been a part of and I grew up doing Jazz, Modern, Lyrical, Contemporary, Ballet, Hip Hop, Acrobatics, and Tap. And, as a Pilates Instructor, I focus on much of the same.
