I was only able to choose 3, but Matheus checked off all 5. He did a great job replacing the sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen. It's been hard to find contractors in the area that don't gouge, so thankful to have found their business. Prince Plumbing is our new go-to for plumbing services.

Fantastic experience. He was able to come out on very short notice to inspect an issue with our basement pump system, and I was extremely impressed with how thorough and honest he was.

He took the time to test the pump, explain exactly how the system and battery backup worked, and walk us through what could—and could not—be causing the noise we had been hearing. Rather than trying to sell us a replacement we didn’t need, he was very clear that the pump was working properly and that replacing it would only be worth considering if we wanted a quieter unit.

What really stood out was his attention to detail. While inspecting the system, he noticed a couple of other things we should keep an eye on, including a check valve and corrosion on a water supply line, explained why they mattered, and gave practical recommendations without putting any pressure on us to do additional work.

Knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, and very easy to work with. I especially appreciated that he explained everything clearly and gave us peace of mind instead of trying to turn the visit into a bigger job. I would absolutely call him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

I needed to have my shower/tub knob fixed. Within minutes of reaching out to Prince Plumbing I received a response from Matheus. He was able to come over the same day, look at the issue, go and get the necessary pieces and returned to rectify the issue. He explained everything clearly to me that he was going to do. He was kind, polite, and super easy to work with. He charged me far less than what I had been charged previously to fix the same issue. Without a doubt, we will use Prince plumbing in the future.
