Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Unlike some other fitness professionals, I didn't grow up around this stuff. I would have much rather watched tv with a bag of cheese curls than do anything active. It wasn't until I was out of high school I started working out. At age I was 14 I had hit 200 pounds. I can relate to where my clients are coming from, fitness isn't easy, I know first hand. I love that my clients aren't just people I see when they need me. All my clients and I have a terrific relationship and talk almost daily, although sometimes it's just to tell me they're sore.

Working with Jen is a fabulous experience. She caters all my workouts to my specific needs and skill level. If I want to build muscle we do more weight less reps, if I want to look leaner and cut back on the bulk we do lighter weights with more reps. It's a great feeling to have a trainer who is knowledgeable about exercise and the body. She has given me nutrition advise and is extremely flexible which is much appreciated with a busy work schedule and lots to do in my personal life. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced Jen is the trainer for you. Energetic, passionate and motivated are just some of the many great qualities that describe Jen and her training. Just start off slow and easy and you'll be running a half marathon or grabbing your bathing suit with confidence in no time!

Jenny not only knows what she is talking about, she uses that knowledge to make every workout specific to you and your goals. She does a great job of turning your weaknesses into strengths and making injuries seemlessly disappear. She really helped take my fitness to the next level. Worth every drop of sweat!

My wife & I have only been clients of Jen's for a short time, however the results have been amazing. Jen is Jillian Michaels without the "mean". She has an awesome ability to motivate through encouragement and inspire through her dedication to her personal training and journey. She's not just a "trainer" - she is in it with you!

Jenny is an excellent trainer. She takes the time to put together a personal workout plan for you tailored to your needs and requests. Jenny takes her time to explain things and answer questions, but also can do all of that in a timely manner if you have a busy schedule. She makes you feel comfortable as well if you feel intimidated while visiting the gym. Definitely a recommendation!

The decision to begin a fitness routine can be a daunting task. Having Jenny as my trainer has made my transition super easy...Trust me, she does work you hard but she is really there to support you and bring out one's best. She is my reason to drag my butt out of bed at 4am. Jenny is passionate about her job and it shows! This is my 5th week and I am feeling so much better. I recommend her 100%!!!!!
