Very professional, worked hard, always concerned about noise and cleaning up after each day of insulating our attic with spray foam insulation. As a general contractor Martin was also able to remove 5 attic vents on a high roof (2 were large, motorized vents) and then patch and feather in new architectural shingles before insulating the underside in the attic, that was a big plus to have one person able to complete two very different jobs in terms of price and scheduling. We are hiring him again January 2015 to renovate our basement which will include construction of a high-end spa bathroom since he can do all the work that entails as well as being experienced in glass installation for the new shower. Martin brings a variety of necessary skills and experience to everything we've discussed with him so far, he's also a former structural engineer, making him perfect when hiring a contractor with his breadth of knowledge.

Martin at Emesets Construction completed a VERY difficult spray foam insulation project on my home. I have a 6500 sq ft home with a large and multifaceted roof. Mass Save had previously installed blown-in cellulose that didnt do much to lower my energy costs or prevent ice dams. What the blown-in cellulose did do was make navigating the attic space much more difficult.
Martins quote was approx. 10-20% less than other spray foam vendors
yet he was more knowledgeable. I decided to hire Martin not because of price but I liked the fact that his company wasnt too big and he would be on-site doing the installation work himself. Spray foam installation requires a highly trained individual thats willing to take their time
and not be rushed. Martin made sure he took the time to get every spaced filled with more foam then we had even agreed on. Martin had to crawl into small holes that would lead into other roof areas. Martin and his crew cleaned up each night and made sure our family had little to no disruption. I highly recommend Martin and Emesets Construction.
Martin is a man of his word. He completed the job with a smile on his face even thought it was probably a more difficult job than he anticipated. The best thing about the spray foam is that I havent needed to turn the heat on even though its been below 50 degrees at night. Its really incredible how well the spray foam is working. I not only recommend Martin
