Chris was very responsive and respectful on my request for his services. He took plenty of time to talk to me prior to me officially hiring him, and listened to my concerns with care. He got me in as quickly as possible and did a very thorough job while explaining the process and where the bugs like to live. I highly recommend him!!
what a delight talking to gus he expand everything that needs to be done and we are shedulet for tomorrow. he was not rushing to get my business as you can guess i wanted it done today but he explained that I have to prep my apartment so they can treat. cant wait to be bug free and i will do another review after service but just from talking i faith that he will get rid of my bedbugs. and he is the third exterminator i have in the past 2 months, hopefully he will be the last
First before I begin anything I would like to say that Jeff was my exterminator and even though he had another job to go to he actually took the time to call them and postpone it so he could spend a good hour talking to me about how everything works exactly what they do and pretty much gave me what I would refer to as a college course and bed bug history and not only how to get rid of them but how they come in the first place every single piece of equipment he use he explain to me what it was how it worked and everything from the health hazard of it so why it's better than using things you could buy at something like Home Depot or a what I will call brand name company which I will not mention because it is irrelevant compared to the job that he did not only was he kind enough to explain everything A nd go through every single piece of furniture even all the way to things laying around like boxes and electronics outside of the actual job he was extremely kind and I think we bonded on a note that me and the fact that we had a bed bug infestation seeing that it was no big deal as we were able to joke around and relate to things in life even while he was doing 200% of the extermination he took time to answer any questions for a bed bug infestations all the way to talking about things that we could relate to such as music which made me a lot more, knowing that there was bugs infested in my house one of the highest notes that I can praise on this company especially jeff is that he did this whole job while his wife was practically in labor he did not let that affect his performance in doing his job words more money Kim replace what he has done for my family as far as getting this situation effects he is a hell of a guy and so is his company and he knows every single possible thing there is to know about anything from bugs to wildlife there's not enough pats on the back that I could give him for how much you sold an A+ would be an insult compared to how much he's done if you're going to choose any company regardless if you're rich or not wealthy this is the company to go with in the end this questionnaire as for a complaint of what could be done better my only complaint would be that next time he has a kid he should stay at home as he has proven himself over and over again with his company as the customer comes first even over a newborn
Raymond (Doug) is very professional, courtesy, thorough and customer service is excellent! I have a 16 month year old and we had a critter in my fireplace the sunday after the 4th of July. Long story short, I live in a condo complex which takes care of critters in the fireplace in my contract. However, Doug not only came out for a 1 hour drive on that sunday but gave me excellent advice about what i should know to ask, hear and expect when the animal was located and removed. I would definitely call him again. Excellent service and knowledgeable!
Rob from Home Free Pest Control was very thorough and quick in getting to our house. Since the initial application, the pest count is down substantially. Only bugs we've been finding have been dead ones! That's a successful engagement in my book. The 90 day guarantee is also very attractive, as opposed to most 30 day warranties from larger companies.
We had a bee problem at our front entrance. Braman came out assessed the situation and scheduled us for following morning. So far we haven't seen a single bee at our front entrance. Fast and efficient service. Very happy with their service.
Wow. I lost my mind when I found out I had bedbugs. At first, I thought I should just pack up and move (or walk off a cliff). Instead I took a few breaths and made some extermination phone calls and I thank my lucky stars that I was guided to Gregory Sofio. Not only did he talk me off the cliff and out of moving, he did it in such a calming, laid-back manner that my mind was immediately put at ease. He gently let me know everything was going to be just fine and he thoroughly instructed me on everything I had to do to prepare myself for his arrival. At first it seemed very overwhelming, but with his assurance it ended up being quite simple. He was prompt in his response and he set up an appointment quickly. The day of the appointment he was on-time, he was such a delight and funny, too. He talked me through the process and showed me how he uses heat to kill the bugs and their eggs. He is extremely knowledgable. It was so nice that he was using heat and not chemicals. Then I left for the afternoon and did my work and some errands while he stayed at the house exterminating the bugs. He politely called me when he was finished and I came back home very confident in his abilities. I slowly put my home back together. My piece of mind was re-established and I haven't had another bed bug in my place since. I highly recommend Gregory. He is top notch. A+.
I had an excellent experience with Braman, with special thanks to Ben. From the very beginning I got quick responses to all my questions. I chose Braman after a couple of conversations with Ben. He gave me the confidence that I was dealing with a reputable, professional company that was going to deliver results, not just show up, do a job & disappear. My elderly mother's home had bed bugs--lots of them. I had to get her help even though I was 300 miles away. Communication & trust were really important to me. I talked to a number other companies that left me uneasy. Everyone had different opinions on the best treatment plan. Ben helped me sort all that out & provided advice that made the most sense. I hired Dominique to help me out on a couple jobs. One was a big library at a local college. Her dogs worked just as she said they would. All clear. Next we did an apartment and again on time in and out one chair was contaminated. Dogs 2 bed bugs 0.thanks Dominique .
Starting from the sales experience to the technician coming out to get rid of our bed bugs, it amazed me how professional everything was and how efficiently they got the job done, I chose to go with their heating service bc I didn't want chemicals around my family. From the first, we found this company to be professional, courteous, timely and knowledgeable. They treated our home and family with care, and were able to address our concerns about the infants and pets in our household. They explained everything they did, and the reasons behind it. The problem was mitigated on the first visit. The followup visit addressed any potential problem areas, which they dealt with quickly and efficiently. From the owner (who answered the phone) to the two technicians who came to do the work, everyone we dealt with was polite and service was quick. If we have any other issues in the future, I would not hesitate to call them. Great company!
