FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t sacrifice quality for price, nor do we try to tack on a lot of small up-charges when giving estimates. There are different sizes and types of windows that a homeowner may have and the cost to clean them should be priced accordingly. Our estimates are always a flat rate per window type and includes the following: interior and exterior glass cleaning, light paint/adhesive removal from the glass, window sill/track/frame/screen cleaning, and cob web removal from the window frames. When providing estimates for gutter cleaning services and exterior house siding cleaning, a measurement of linear footage is helpful in order to give an accurate estimate. Interior painting projects may include a number of variables that affect the price of what may be needed to complete each room. We are happy to provide free in-person consultations to those in our service area of Volusia, Seminole, and Orange County.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We feel that communication is a top priority in establishing a good working relationship. Often, there is a need to see the project first in order to give an accurate estimate. This is why we are happy to provide free in-person detailed estimates. This is an excellent opportunity to field any additional questions that the new client may have and discuss scheduling. Additionally, we gladly discuss these matters with our clients by phone, email, or text message, whichever suits the client's preference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We received personal on-the-job training from David Lopez of Nuvidro Professional Window Cleaning and Shawn Planas of SnS Window Solutions in the Orlando, Florida area. In addition, after graduating high school in the year 2000, Jason has worked in the construction and horticultural fields. Both of these lines of work have offered training in safety, client communication, quality workmanship, management and logistics. Damaris has training in the field of administrative work with a background in the customer service industry.
