What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a Real Estate Agent I am paid by the Seller at the closing with no fees passed along to the buyer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. The Massachusetts Real Estate Board mandates 12 Hours of continuing education before each Real Estate License renewal (which is every 2 years). In addition I also take R.E. courses and seminars throughout the year designed to keep Real Estate Professionals educated about the newest changes in R.E. Law and techniques to keep our R.E. Business as informed as possible.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a Banker in 1977 and wanted to work an additional part-time job so I got my Real Estate License and eventually a part-time endeavor blossomed into a satisfying and quite profitable full-time career.
