We needed our new building wired for Voice and Data. Multilink came in, did a walk through, and explain what was needed, based on what we had, but went a step further, and prepared everything for ease of use, and for future, while saving us money. Most companies just gave us a generic quote while Multilink use their vast experience to make sure all was covered first time around.

You called three days before opening your office, and were in a hurry. That is why I quoted T&M. I used my expertise to wire your office with what was needed, moved all your lines and internet equipment that was placed in the middle of your new office and created a voice/data closet. If I had done what you had asked for, I would have been there again to do more work. I actually saved you money. As for going back next day to fix your service provider's problem on your store bought phones, was not my problem. If there is one thing I have learned in all the years in my field, "Some people just never appreciate anything that is done for them".
