- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved being in the kitchen since I was young. Cooking for me meant family gatherings with great food, good times and great company.At age 10 when I helped cook my first Thanksgiving meal was when I decided this was what I wanted to do for a living. Five years later I got my first job as a prep cook and the rest is history.

Payton's Catering provides many different services. We provide Concessions On site BBQ's Buffet Luncheons Outings Special Occasions Birthdays Holidays In home.cooking Special Diets Etc..
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't be afraid to go with the underdog. Being a new business and having a new name out in the world, we are ready, willing and able to pull out all stops and showcase our best. We just need the opportunity.
