Brian did my 2015 taxes for me. Easy meet up for exchange of info and timely filing. He will e-file or traditional file for you. Best of all he offers financial adviser services as well. Did I mention he is very relaxed about the process? It is nice to deal with someone is such.
Brian Palmucci is a thoughtful and experienced attorney that provided me with excellent legal counsel. Mr. Palmucci took the time to understand my case and helped me through a very stressful and difficult time in my life. Mr. Palmucci had experience handling situations like mine before and was able to expertly navigate my case to a successful conclusion. I can offer only the highest praise for the work that Mr. Palmucci did on my behalf. He is the best!
This was by far the best legal experience one could hope for! Attorney Serpa was diligent in responding to my needs. When you ask him a question his responses and thoughts are expressed in a very clear and concise manner. He prevented a life changing event from negatively impacting my life. If you have any criminal issues, problems or charges or anything, you really should call Joe Serpa. He is one of the few attorneys’ that I know who will give you their cell phone number and take calls and text at any hour day or night. Thank you Joe!
Twice this year Attorney Richard Mable has represented our family in legal matters. As a business owner, I hired Atty. Mable to draft the appropriate legal documents for leasing an area within my Salon. I was under a time constraint and needed the document quickly. Atty. Mable promptly provided me with the document and charged me a reasonable fee. I was very pleased. He has also recently represented my daughter in a complicated divorce case. My daughter is disabled and his compassion as well as professionalism was instrumental in easing her concerns. Through his legal expertise the divorce was finalized successfully. I would highly recommend Atty. Mable for any legal issues. He is professional, intelligent and trustworthy.
I would highly recommend Gaizon Kotoni for legal representation on a divorce. We filed for a no-fault divorce and he did a fantastic job with the mediation and assistance through this process. He was very professional, timely with his delivering of paperwork and filing, and was extremely thorough with his explanation of the terms of agreement and process. This is never a fun situation to go through, but he made it very painless for us both.
I had a Very Good Experience working with Kevin on my Case. He was Professional and Offered Prompt Service to my Time sensitive Legal Issue. I would Recommend Kevin and his Legal Services to others.
Still have an open case with her. After our first meeting I'm very happy with my decision to hire her as my attorney. She is very professional and easy to keep in contact with for any needs you may require. Also she is very sympathetic and will guide you down whichever approach you are willing to take on your matter. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who seeks a professional defense attorney.
I hired Attorney Merritt last November for a criminal defense case. It was the best decision I could have made. Steve was prompt, thorough, and professional. He got me through a very difficult time. He is now working with me on a family situation. This is a much slower process I am being kept up to date as necessary. By the way, Kristin is awesome, too.
Rachel was very patient in describing the due process of my divorce proceedings and staying on top of legal requirements. The process lasted about a year start to finish. She also handled an additional legal issue that wasn't her specialty with excellence! I highly recommend her!
I'll let you be the judge of Attorney Bombay, here's how my agreement for the Job with him went: I extended my need for a contract out to thumbtack.com for an upcoming business venture with another party. Jeremy was the first to respond to me and quoted me at $175 an hour, please see 'Bombard1' for the snippet of the conversation. Thinking this was a reasonable price, I agree to hire Jeremy for the contract. I then get sent a 'Fee Agreement' which has a clause that the 'Client agrees to pay $500 as an initial retainer', please see attached 'Bombard2' picture. Puzzled by this, I asked Jeremy for clarification and what the $500 fee was for. I was told that the initial consultation was not charged, and after that the $500 retainer would be applied to any outstanding balance. Please see 'Bombard 3' attached screen shot. Still thinking this is ludicrous, I went along thinking the $500 would be the cost of the whole thing. Not a great price at all, but at this point I really just needed the contract done. Jeremy calls me up on Memorial Day to get some information about what's needed in the contract. Says he should have something by the end of the week, I say no rush as my other party joining this is in the middle of a move herself and to just let me know when it's completed. Get another email from Jeremy asking for clarification for a few things, and then finally I'm hit with a $437.50 charge for Jeremy's time on this contract. This is where things get infuriating, as I spoke to several lawyers in the meantime whom informed me something like this should take an hour or two tops to make. Price all in should be around $250-$300 max. As you can see with these pictures, I ended up paying $937.50 after being quoted $175 an hour for the job. If we take Jeremy's original offer, he supposedly took 5 and a half hours to write this contract that he ended up giving me 3 weeks late. The icing on the cake is I was let go from my employer yesterday and am looking into legal matters for unpaid overtime this past winter. Jeremy informs me he does not handle termination suits, but refers me to his buddy who would 'Take good care of me'. After an initial half hour on the phone with his 'buddy' attorney, I'm quoted at $300 an hour for the job, told I probably don't have a case at all but should start writing a 'Demand Letter' and send it to him for his approval. Oh and just so I knew, Jeremy would likely be getting some piece of the supposedly tough to get the upcoming payout for a referral. Instantly declined this lawyer's service and said I do not want to move forward with him, then thought it would be best to share my experience with Bombard Law for anyone whom is considering hiring Jeremy for their legal needs.
Although the case is still on-going, so far Mr. Carroll has been a tremendous help in navigating the legal system. His responsiveness has been a great help in keeping me informed. I appreciate his hard work and look forward to a positive outcome. If updates to this review are allowed I will extend it to include my entire case experience.
Melanie Soloman is an extremely knowledgeable attorney and I would recommend her to anyone who might need legal representation. She is professional, she listens to the facts, gives you great advice and her follow up is spot on. You're never kept guessing as to what might be happening. I honestly can't say enough good things about her.
After working with Attorney Austin Andenmatten on two separate legal matters I would highly recommend hiring him. He was always accessible in a timely manor to answer any questions or concerns and accommodating with my full time schedule for meetings in person or on the phone. His rates are very fair and I wouldn’t hesitate to retain his counsel in the future should it arise.
I met for a consult. Hopefully my legal matter can be cleared up quickly without a need to appear before a judge. Anna Shapiro was professional and personable.
I greatly appreciated a chance to work with this lawyer. I was in an unwanted divorce due to a big misunderstanding with my wife. My wife’s “warrior” attorney pushed me to hire a lawyer. (Be advised my wife’s attorney contradicted himself after by telling my wife I didn’t have to hire a lawyer when she sought his legal counsel further. That was absolutely not good and that made my wife think I wanted to challenge her marital power when hiring a lawyer as her attorney pushed.) When trying to find an attorney, I looked up through the internet and I found this lawyer. I decided to hire her after reading the prior client’s review. Through the private meeting and the provided legal forms that I was asked to fill out, I greatly appreciate the professionalism from this attorney, for ex., non-judgmental. Against the other attorney’s aggressive manner, she moved the divorce procedures cautiously and safely to give us a last chance to discuss our issue and to reconcile our differences if possible in a peaceful and civil manner. While keeping the communication line open with my wife for a possible reconciliation, I learned from my wife that her attorney wanted to expedite the divorce. That was a horrible thing to counter when a spousal was in a fragile moment of marriage if the divorce was not mutually agreed by both spouses. Thanks to this attorney‘s cautious move, I had a chance to call up the needed support to save our marriage. I highly recommend this lawyer for her ethical and professional performance.
Bill represented me in a serious criminal matter in Massachusetts with passion and professionalism. He bluntly answered hard questions, was always supportive and understanding, created multiple legal strategies for my situation and clearly explained what was happening at every stage. He was recommended to me by another attorney in Worcester, and I am so glad that he was.
Goode Law Office was very responsive and gave us a quick and fair quote for Real Estate sale work. Stephen put in the extra hours and is very professional. We greatly appreciate his knowledge and assistance and strongly recommend Goode Law Office for any Real Estate or Estate challenges. We only wish we had hired Goode Law Office earlier in the process. Don't trust a realtor, who suggests getting a lawyer after the P & S is signed, or one who represents both the seller and the buyer. Our realtor did both and is the seller-of-the-month several times over at Jack Conway Realty in Middleborough. Don't go there!
Great communication, Fair price,
I discussed a civil matter with Joseph B Simons and he explained the different courses of action that i could take and the possible outcomes. He is a good listener and he addressed my questions. I wasn't asking him to represent me in court but the legal proscesses and avenues open regarding my situation. His answers were clear and to the point and he even told me of recent legal changes in the law relevant to my case. I can see that he is by nature, a friendly person who likes to help people. Even though, my case was not a criminal one he was still very helpful in his clear explanation of the legal aspects of my situation. I have confidence in him. He genuinely wants to help and makes himself available. He respects his client and tries to understand what the client wants and then explains the law and advises his client so that the client feels he is really working together with someone who wants him to understand his choices. I have had experiences with many lawyers and have often felt that they were more interested in making a quick easy buck than really helping me. I have exceptional confidence and trust in Joseph B Simons sincere desire to be helpful. His willingness and clarity in explaining things demostrates his knowledge and mastery of the law. I had done clerical work as a legal technician and I can recognize and appreciate Joe's expertise in law. I would recommend him to anyone without reservation.
happy about the responsiveness
