They installed a new roofing system and a new gutter system on the front of my house and did some repair work to the back soffit on my house they were very professional and the work done in no time cleanup was great left nothing to be cleaned they did it all Great people to work with very conscientious and hard workers
Easy to schedule; arrived on time; did good job at a reasonable price. They noticed some rot on fascia & took pictures to show me. Much appreciated.
We worked with Steve and Joe for an asphalt roof, soffit ventilation, and a roof repair on a sun room from a fallen tree. Steve was great to work with and he was the most communicative of the 10 or so roofing estimates we inquired about. I asked many technical questions as I am an engineer and very detail oriented by nature. They did everything they said they would do and did a quality job. Steve stuck out from the beginning as he called our town building department to find our local codes to find out what was legal as other conractrors were saying that you could put a metal roof over 2 layers of asphalt roof. The roof and sunroom repair was done over 2 days and they cleaned up the yard pretty well. Steve was always easy to get a hold of and really had awesome customer service. They are not the cheapest gig in town but you can trust them and they do quality work. I would hire again. Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions about my experience
This company deserves so much credit for completion of vinyl siding. fascia repair and beautifying of my home. The men were very efficient , always hard working and here to keep me up to date . I would surely refer them to complete any work hired to do. I would hire them again.
Mike did a great job. He was flexible with his schedule and went above and beyond to make make sure that the issue we had with our soffits would not happen again. Thank-you!
They did a great job removing and replacing fascia and soffit which were rotted , the rafters were short of roofline, so he had to extend rafters the whole perimeter of the house, lots of extra work they didn't expect when the contract was signed . So they asked for more money for materials and labor , I agreed and gladly paid Their personality was questionable , I think one of the workers felt like the contract was insufficient ,
I hired this contractor to fix the soffit that was protruding. He is very knowledgeable as he could gauze from the mere picture the extent of work involved. In one visit he was able to fix it to my satisfaction. He is punctual and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
AJ did a great job replacing some rotted fascia. Great communication and quality work! Would definitely hire again.
Stan and his team were initially hired to replace and install gutters. He was able to point out additional issues that did need to be addressed including a weakened upper deck, fascia boards, and a door thresh hold. He always provided a written estimate and kept in good communications regarding all work to be done. His team cleaned up daily, were courteous and helpful. As this is an older house built in 1865, it will always need some repairs, so I will likely have him do additional work in the future. Thanks Stan.
We needed a replacement shingle roof, and also wanted soffit vents placed and gutter guards installed. Romulo and his crew did an excellent job with all of the tasks...they were quick, efficient, and relatively quiet, the work site was cleaned thoroughly, and the finished product looked great. In addition, Laryssa in the front office was extremely helpful through the entire process. If you are looking for a roofer, hire this company!
Dennis did a great job! My gutters were not dirty but some dirty little birds got in behind and into the fascia which was causing the problem. Although it was unexpected he was able to remove the nesting material and fix the opening. The birds have been evicted. We have had two good rainstorms since and there are no leaks! Thanks Dennis!
Andres was great to work with, and did an excellent job on our gutters and fascia replacement. He made sure that we were satisfied with the work that was performed, and came back to clean up a few small things after the job was done.
Pete and his crew were Awesome! He kept in contact and kept me in the loop of every detail of the job. The finished product of new gutters, fascia replacement, and replacing some rotted wood came out amazing! Adding in some touch up painting and it exterior of our home looks great. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for work done!
We had some delicate work that needed to be done on our 1846 Greek Revival home. Rotted antique fascia and crown molding that needed extensive rework. After contacting several carpenters who said that they would "patch" it, we came across Chris. This is not a handyman, but a craftsman. His diligence and attention restored the home to it's original detail. You can't tell the difference between the original and the new. His prices are extremely reasonable, and he always called ahead to let us know when he would and wouldn't be there, a courteous gesture that is lacking sometimes in independent contractors. Essentially, we've found a caretaker on our home for life. We are planning on hiring him in the future to take a look at some window restoration. The best!
Patrick was friendly and professional to work with as he repaired and replaced my roof trim (soffit and facia) along with a window sill and rotted wood in garage. All in one day! I highly recommend him to all my friends. His prices are fair and estimates accurate. My whole experience with Patrick was hassle free, he's good natured and easy to talk with.
We had an extensive project on a 90 year old house requiring the removal of an old cement tile roof, repairs to the roof deck, and installation of a new slate roof complete with snow fencing and snow clips. We got quotes from 4 companies for the work, and decided to go with Robert. His quote was not the least expensive, however it was competitive. In the quoting process, what stood out most is that Robert took the time to patiently and thoroughly answer all of our questions about the slate roof that we wanted. He did not make us feel like our questions were stupid, and did not mind being questioned about how he was going to do various aspects of the job. Where there were choices, he gave sound advice which took into consideration our tastes, the roof type, and the climate. We are the acting general contractors on the job site, and so we were there every single day that Robert and his crew worked. Here are some comments on their manner of working during the job: -working with them was an absolute pleasure -all 5 of his crew worked as a team -helpful and courteous -always cleaned up after themselves -if they ran into an issue they would bring it to you and explain the issue and what they recommended doing -very accommodating in terms of other things that needed to happen around having the roof redone, for instance the masonry and soffit/facia work -excellent worksmanship We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robert Pierce to anyone looking to have their roof done. He is absolutely first rate.
After the New England storms of last year we hired GETECS Construction to repair all of the soffits and overhang on our house. They were recommended by another well known contractor that I do business with. They did a perfect job, came on time every day and worked hard to get their work done. We were more than satisfied and have recommended them to others.
Dan and his crew did a gut renovation of our loft which took about 5 months. it included a new kitchen, 3 bathrooms, three bedrooms and a custom fireplace. The cabinetry was all installed correctly and when there was a problem Dan just took care of it. A good example of this was an issue with a brick wall not being plumb which affected the alignment of a finished soffit above the built-in cupboard. I was simply not happy with the way it looked so instead of pointing fingers and complaining about other people's mistakes he just rebuilt the soffit. That made me the difference for me. The work was completed on time and was done in a very professional manner. The end product is exactly what we wanted and so I would recommend Dan to anyone. Oh, and he's a great guy.
Chet of CBM Construction did an excellent job on the soffit vent repair job; he was efficient, extremely fair in terms of cost, and the job looks great. I highly recommend giving CBM a shot in any and all future projects.
I had several jobs done by Cat, both small and large, spread out over the course of a couple of years. She always arrived when scheduled, left our home and property at least as clean as she found it, and stayed until she had ensured we had any needed facilities operational. Had she not moved from the area I have no doubt our professional relationship would have continued. I believe the first project we hired Cat for was such an insignificant task we had a horrible time getting anyone to even show up to look at it, let alone agree to do it. Cat not only arrived when scheduled, had the tools necessary, but then actually agreed to the task at an extremely reasonable price and crawled around in our very hot very cramped attic crawl space to relocate our cable line to the opposite wall of our living room. We next had her back for a small remodel to our kitchen. We had a filtered water line added to our refrigerator on the opposite wall from the water source, countertop and undermount sink including a hard wired garbage disposal, and new vinyl flooring laid. We were extremely pleased with the result. To list a few of the smaller projects I can recall; we had her go to our rental property, power wash graffiti off and then repaint the privacy fence surrounding the property, all the while negotiating the snarling snapping head belonging to our tenants very nasty dog that was periodically popping under the fence. We had all of our outside lights rewired and replaced; doorways and pathway. And a section of our roof fascia and soffit replaced and repainted due to rot. The larger projects were the previously mentioned kitchen and our main bathroom. In the bathroom we had pretty much everything redone except for the walls. Cat leveled the floor and then tiled it with 1 x 1 ceramic tile Id chosen and also installed it in my requested diamond pattern cutting each tile individually to form the half diamond border. I had purchased new fixtures for the shower and sink which she installed and the old toilet was removed and new toilet put in its place. As you can see we were very happy with the work that Cat had done for us and were very disappointed when she left the area. We still havent been able to find a replacement with the diversity of skills and reasonable rates, not to mention the reliability. And while Im not a timid person or sexist in nature; both my husband and I felt a little more comfortable having a woman working in our home, both when I was here with the kids alone and when no one was here at all.
