David was quick to get back to me and answer my email when I said it was pretty urgent. He was very great about listening to my concerns. He checked to see that my heating and ac system were in good working condition and made some money saving recommendations after looking over both systems to make sure they were in good working condition. He recommended updating my smoke/fire detectors so they were all the same which makes a big difference.

Contacted David about replacing my gas burner on Thumbtack. Told him the date, time and address to stop by for an estimate. He called me back wanting to show up with the wrong date and time. I rescheduled with him for a different day and time waited for half an hour. NO SHOW. A little courtesy would have been nice ahead of time so I wouldn't have to rush home from work. He texted an hour later Don't bother waisting your time with this company.
