    John Eastman is, by far, the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. He is knowledgeable, professional and deeply committed to what he does. And he’s a really nice guy whose very easy to work with.

    John is a nice and resonable person. He is very sincere and passionate to what he does. I just started working with him so he can help me reach my weight loss goals and i can say he definitely knows his stuff. He is very knowledgeable about the human body and can assist you with nutrition as well as building your body. I highly recommend him to anyone. I can't wait till i achieve the results i want. Im looking forward to this journey in becoming a heathier me.

And am now personal training out of CICCONE FAMILY FITNESS CENTER in Clinton, MA. I have 24 hour access to the business. Clients DO NOT have to pay a membership fee. If they do their personal training with me. If they want access at other times then there are different levels of memberships at CICCONE'S that they can look into. Practical application of weight training through the 4 D's Desire, Dedication, Determination, & Discipline. I have lived these principles through my ethic to achieve my goals. Know I get to share all this knowledge with individuals who desire to learn. Working with all different age groups and genders. Building rapport with clients and learning what specific goals each individual wants to attain. Then working to design a program that is safe and fun to help them reach their desired goals. And hearing from each individual over time how their health and desired goals are being realized. Health is our greatest asset.     • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
      I charge a flat rate of $45 per hour. If customer pays up front for 10 session I drop the price to $40X10=$400.00 A fifty dollar savings. There are no hidden fees associated with me. Flat hourly rate that is fair to both client and trainer.
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      Discuss the individual clients fitness goals. Any medical conditions that I need to know about in order to provide a productive safe training protocol. Explaining why and how I create the training to be specific to each person. Then demonstrating the exercises and ensuring that the client understands my approach to helping them achieve there desired fitness goals safely. As the client progresses I continue to gather information as to which exercises they enjoy most and least. Keeping the client motivated by tracking every training session. And reviewing the client's progress when they so desire.
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      Owned EASTMAN'S FITNESS from 2004-2017. Competitive life time drug free athlete. Competed 3 times in bodybuilding. 2008, 2012, 2016. Placed top 3 in all contest. The Granite State Open twice and the Yankee Classic. Did my first personal training course through the ISSA International Sports Science Association 16 years ago. And currently working to get current certification with ACE. Continually reading about nutrition and anatomy & physiology. Very well rounded and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
